Join a reputable, values-driven private practice with clinics in Narangba and Burpengary. They’re currently seeking a Physiotherapist to join their growing team, and they’re open to both juniors and experienced clinicians.

With the option of a 4-day work week, paid admin time, and varied caseloads, it’s a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants career growth without burnout.

The Opportunity:

• Work across two well-resourced clinics with access to a rehab gym, reformers, and hydrotherapy
• 4-day work week option (longer days = long weekends). Flexible start and finish times
• Paid admin time daily
• Diverse caseload: MSK, private clients, NDIS, Medicare, WorkCover, neuro, and vestibular
• Weekly mentoring and support (particularly great for new grads)
• ASAP start

Salary & Benefits:

• Up to $100,000 + Super Based on experience (flexibility on salary based on experience and seniority)
• Opportunity for 6-monthly bonuses tied to clinical & non-clinical KPIs
• Supportive admin team
• Exposure to collaborations with sporting teams, reformer Pilates and hyrdrotherapy should you desire
